Serving suggestions

As an appetizer, thinly sliced and dressed with lemon juice, mayonnaise, chives, and a few grains of pink peppercorn.
Diced and added at the last moment to a sauté of oil, chives, chopped parsley, and a few tomato fillets, it wonderfully dresses a plate of tagliatelle.

Storage

Store in a refrigerator at a temperature from 0 to 4 °C.
