Our tunas, small in size yet highly flavorful, are smoked with aromatic woods from the forests of Sardinia.

Serving suggestions

As an appetizer, it can be served with extra virgin olive oil, a few drops of lemon, and fresh cherry tomatoes. Sliced into strips and cold mixed with a sauté of onions, capers, green olives, and a sprinkle of pepper, it makes a memorable dish of spaghetti.
