Salmon farmed in the waters of the North Sea is processed to maintain the characteristic flavor and tenderness of the flesh. Smoking, following tradition, is done over Mediterranean wood fire.

Serving suggestions

Sliced and marinated in lemon juice, orange juice, oil, and a sprinkle of pepper, with the addition of thinly sliced artichokes and some shavings of Parmesan cheese, it’s an original and surely delightful appetizer.

Finely chopped, sautéed in a few tablespoons of oil, splashed with a bit of whisky, and bound with liquid cream, it’s the refined seasoning for an exquisite risotto.
