octopus, cuttlefish, shrimps, mussels, squids, sunflower oil, salt, vinegar, antioxidant
(lactic acid and ascorbic acid)

The careful selection of raw materials, their steaming with different times and techniques, allow obtaining a product of high quality. The light marination doesn’t cancel out the scents and the original quality of the raw materials.

 

Serving suggestions

Drain the sunflower oil and dress with extra virgin olive oil to enhance its natural aromas.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0 and 4 °C.
