Swordfish is caught in uncontaminated waters, still today using the ancient system of drift nets, which ensures the integrity of the meat.

Serving suggestions

Thinly sliced, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and lemon, on a bed of arugula and slices of melon, it makes for an excellent appetizer.
Cut into strips, along with chopped almonds and diced fennel, with extra virgin olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper,
it is the exquisite dressing for a cold pasta salad.
