Coming from uncontaminated and deep waters, the grouper is smoked over myrtle wood fire, an essence that makes it absolutely unique.

 

Serving suggestions

Naturally, sliced thinly and dressed with oil, lemon, salt, and pepper.
Diced and heated with a knob of butter, a handful of black pepper, some grated lemon zest, and a shot of vodka,
it is an exceptional sauce for a dish of fresh tagliolini.
